Once you have placed your order, and the card has been charged, this will be the date the card will be charged during every recurring service period. (monthly or bi-monthly)"

If our service team arrives and your bins have not been emptied by your trash provider, that’s ok! We will continue with our route and come back later the same day.

Please leave your bins on the curb until your bins have been serviced. We will place either a sticker or tape on the lid, and walk the bins back to your desired location close to the house. This completes your service.

If you cancel your subscription after one cleaning, you will be charged an additional $35 dollars per bin, minus the amout from your original order.
